Shipping Policy

All orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment. In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified via e-mail as to the estimated time of delivery. No charges will be made to credit cards unless the customer agrees to the delay and until the item is in stock and ready to be shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to the customer containing the shipment information (carrier, and tracking #, if any). All packages are usually shipped via UPS. However, in some cases we might use other carriers like FedEx or US Mail. There would be an extra $5.00 charge for shipments going to a P.O. Box address or an APO address, and an extra charge will be added for Hawaii and Alaska

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING for ground shipments of standard size orders (Continental US only). Shipping cost adjustments will apply for any shipment 7 lbs. and above. For rates on international and expedited shipping services, please call us at: 626 351 5292

For international shipments, the buyer will be responsible for any customs tax and charges.

We will not be responsible for any delay made by the carrier while in transit.

Return & Exchange Policy

We put a premium on customer satisfaction so if you are not satisfied with the product, we allow returns on all sold items within 14 days of purchase under the following terms and conditions:

For returned merchandise found with factory defects, we must be notified thru phone 626 351 5292 or e-mail (collectionsmall@yahoo.com) within 24 hours of receipt. Any other merchandise received in good condition and forwarded back for return or exchange must be new, unused, and unworn. New and unused means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product. The product may not be altered in any way. Right to exchange item is dependent on the result of the quality inspection of the returned merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse request to exchange if item is deemed unresellable. All returned items must also have the complete set of its original documentation and boxes. It takes approximately 7-10 business days to process your refund once the item has been received and thoroughly inspected. Approved refund computation on returned items is total charged price less shipping costs plus 10% restocking fee Please make sure that the merchandise that you will be returning is insured accordingly. We will not be responsible for return-shipping losses.
